      Job Description
      The Project Manager position requires strong task and timeline management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects ranging in scope, complexity and lifecycle.

      Duties:
      • Performs initial review of new project requirements and identifies project components
      • Gathers project assessments from various internal teams in order to prepare customer Quotes
      • Schedules development tasks and generates project timelines
      • Manages all aspects of the development cycle including technical design, development and quality assurance
      • Manages all aspects of the User Testing cycle including issue documentation, tracking and resolution
      • Coordinates production implementation scheduling, processing and handoff
      • Interfaces directly with customers to clarify requirements, articulate project needs, and maintain the overall health of accounts

      Basic Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree (English major, Technical Field, Communications field preferred)
      • Attention to detail with excellent task and timeline management skills
      • Ability to interact with customers and clearly articulate project details
      • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, mainly Microsoft Word and Visio
      • Ability to manage multiple projects that are relatively complex in scope and demonstrate effective task-management skills to meet project deadlines

      Preferred Qualifications:
      • 5+ years of experience in management of multiple projects ranging in scope, complexity and lifecycle
      • Exhibits strong interpersonal and organizational skills
      • Exceptional understanding of project management and processing
      • Exhibits a strong understanding of project processes, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables
      • Strong knowledge and understanding of computer technology
