      We're looking for a Recruiter who embodies our people-first approach. This role is central to how we support our teams and clients, helping build and maintain strong talent pools for daily operations while also preparing for a major 2026 project that will require exceptional recruiting execution.
      Position Summary

      The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting high-quality talent to support large-scale staffing programs across multiple regions. This role partners closely with Staffing Managers, Regional Project Managers, and Project Directors to ensure staffing needs are met on time and with the right talent. The Recruiter drives the full recruitment lifecycle, including outreach, interviews, onboarding coordination, and pipeline management to ensure staffing readiness for all program demands.
      Roles & Responsibilities
      • Source and recruit talent for regional and national staffing programs.
      • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
      • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and onboarding readiness.
      • Coordinate with Staffing Managers to understand role requirements and volume needs.
      • Maintain accurate candidate tracking in systems and ensure timely follow-up.
      • Support new hire batch creation, documentation completion, and onboarding status.
      • Build and sustain strong relationships with candidates to ensure retention.
      • Attend recruiting events, virtual interviews, and local market outreach initiatives.
      • Ensure compliance with hiring standards, eligibility requirements, and regional regulations.
      Requirements & Skills
      • Experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or event-based hiring.
      • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple pipelines and competing priorities.
      • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, onboarding tools, and Microsoft Office.
      • Strong judgment in candidate evaluation and role alignment.
      • Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
      Success Metrics
      • Staffing goals met on time with high-quality candidates.
      • Strong conversion rates from application to activation.
      • Positive candidate experience and strong retention of newly onboarded staff.
      • Accurate and timely updates in staffing systems.
      • Reduced escalations and staffing gaps due to proactive recruiting.
