What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, analyze, and maintain comprehensive project master schedules and controls functions
- Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to create preliminary project schedules
- Manage weekly schedule updates, validating progress reporting from contractors and suppliers
- Monitor critical path activities and advise on potential project bottlenecks
- Prepare schedule narratives and progress analyses to support decision-making and risk assessments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of scheduling experience in large capital projects (>$100MM)
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining Integrated Master Project Schedules (IMPS)
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and understanding of EPC project sequencing
- Ability to develop and interpret schedule performance metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in renewable energy, carbon capture, hydrogen, ammonia, or related energy infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of supporting projects through multiple lifecycle phases: Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC, commissioning, and startup
- Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and project controls functions
