  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Direct management oversight of assigned retail properties to maximize NOI and asset value
  - Develop and implement business plans consistent with owner objectives
  - Provide financial reporting and meet budgetary goals as outlined in the annual operating budget
  - Build and maintain relationships with tenants to support leasing efforts and marketing initiatives
  - Ensure compliance with the employer’s Core Practices and Standards of Excellence
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in a relevant field
  - At least 3-5 years of experience in retail property management, with multiple property responsibilities preferred
  - Valid Real Estate License
  - Strong understanding of financial aspects of property performance
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage

  - Experience in managing multiple retail properties simultaneously
  - Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients and tenants
