What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize provider profiles to improve ranking and discoverability across payer directories and third-party platforms
- Analyze factors influencing provider visibility and search performance, making necessary adjustments
- Audit provider data for accuracy and consistency across various systems
- Track key metrics related to provider visibility, search ranking, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and streamline updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in provider data, healthcare operations, directory management, or analytics
- Strong understanding of how provider directories function (payer or third-party)
- Experience working with structured data (Excel, SQL, or similar tools)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and completeness
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience optimizing provider profiles in platforms like Psychology Today, Zocdoc, or payer directories
- Familiarity with NPI, CAQH, taxonomy codes, and provider data structures
- Exposure to search ranking, filtering logic, or marketplace dynamics
- Understanding of healthcare data exchange concepts (e.g., FHIR)
