      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee administrative functions for the public relations team to ensure efficient documentation management and day-to-day operations
      - Manage incoming media inquiries as the first point of contact, ensuring timely triage and appropriate escalation
      - Organize event logistics, including vendor arrangements and facility bookings, to ensure successful event execution
      - Coordinate meeting schedules, logistics, agendas, and minutes for effective communication among team members
      - Support Advisory Board operations by preparing materials and maintaining accurate records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary diploma of 2 to 3 years in a related field or relevant experience equivalent
      - Minimum of three years of experience in customer service
      - Strong organizational and administrative abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on diplomacy and adherence to policies
      - Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
