What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong media/influencer relationships and generate proactive pitches for client coverage
- Manage projects from concept through execution, providing counsel on media opportunities
- Generate and edit various client communications, including press releases and campaign plans
- Participate in new business processes, including research and presentations
- Mentor junior staff and support team development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at an agency or startup
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create diverse client communications
- Proven experience in media/influencer relations and project management
- Ability to track competitors and identify opportunities for clients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor

- Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
- Familiarity with measuring the ROI of communications activities
- Participation in networking events and community engagement
- Proactive in setting and tracking personal growth goals
