      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate team meetings and activities focused on quality improvement and peer review
      - Collect and analyze data, preparing presentations or reports for organizational performance initiatives
      - Participate in regulatory readiness compliance and activities related to standards of care
      - Investigate variances in performance and contribute to root cause analysis
      - Serve on health system committees as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or clinical position in a healthcare environment
      - At least 3 years of experience in quality management, risk management, or education
      - Associate's degree in a healthcare or closely related field/discipline preferred
      - Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical/statistical, and teamwork skills
      - Strong PC skills and familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database applications

      - Experience in regulatory compliance and standards of care
      - Strong presentation and delivery skills
