      Are you a natural motivator with a passion for helping others? As a Re-Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in reconnecting with students who've stepped away from school- encouraging them to return, overcome challenges, and finish what they started.

      This is a hybrid position: work remotely with a 3 days required on-campus days each week to stay connected with your team and students.

      What you'll do:

      • Reach out to former students via calls, texts, and emails
      • Help them navigate barriers and rediscover their goals
      • collaborate with Admissions, Faculty, and Student Services teams


      What you'll bring:

      • Positive energy, empathy, and strong communication
      • Experience in education, admissions or student outreach
      • Confidence in both independent and team-based work
