      Title: Real Estate Operations Manager

      Type: Full-Time

      Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based required; Central Time preferred)

      Compensation:
      • Base: $40,000 - $47,000 yearly
      • On-Target Earnings: $50,000 - $60,000+ (performance-based)
      • Optional per-transaction compensation structure for the right candidate


      Schedule:
      • Flexible, results-driven schedule (not a traditional 9-5)
      • Must be highly responsive during business hours
      • Evening availability required as needed (often between 12 PM and 9 PM CST)

      Responsibilities

      You will serve as the operational backbone of the business-owning the details so nothing falls through the cracks.
      • Manage all transactions from contract to close with precision and accuracy
      • Track deadlines, contingencies, disclosures, and ensure full compliance
      • Coordinate communication with clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors
      • Build, document, and improve systems, workflows, and SOPs
      • Manage and optimize CRM/database to ensure no lead or opportunity is lost
      • Support listing launches, MLS input, marketing coordination, and vendor scheduling
      • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and remove operational friction

      Qualifications

      This role is for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and executes at a high level.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
      • Clear, professional communication skills (phone-first mindset preferred)
      • Independent problem-solving ability with strong judgment
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      • High level of accountability, urgency, and follow-through
      • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and transaction platforms
