What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the marketing and placement of new and renewal account opportunities for clients in the real estate sector
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Account Managers and Producers to understand client portfolios
- Negotiate and present real estate-specific business opportunities to carrier partners
- Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing proposals that meet lender insurance requirements and client needs
- Stay current on market trends and disseminate intelligence to internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of insurance industry experience, preferably in placement, underwriting, or carrier relationship management
- Strong understanding of carrier and wholesaler dynamics in the Middle Market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction
- Maintain/Obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree and insurance designations (CIC, ARM, AAI, CPCU) preferred, but not required
- Deep technical knowledge of Property & Casualty business, including alternative risk transfer and captive programs
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
