      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and resolve complex real estate issues to support a federal agency's mission
      - Conduct public records research and evaluate client requirements for real estate needs
      - Lead negotiations for land-use agreements, including leases and permits
      - Facilitate meetings to develop and execute appropriate real estate strategies
      - Prepare real estate action plans, decision briefs, and progress reports, including budget and schedule inputs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal property real estate program support
      - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings
      - Significant experience in real estate research, analysis, and related documentation
      - Proficiency with software tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) training
      - Experience drafting, negotiating, and tracking land-use agreements such as sales contracts and leases
