What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Possess a valid State Driver's License
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment and selection, along with knowledge of related employment law practices
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute results effectively
