- Lead, develop, and implement regional processes and projects to promote standardization and simplification in Sales, Marketing, and Education operations.
- Drives process improvement and tool development to advance automation efforts, including adherence to compliance requirements and implementation of appropriate governance frameworks.
- Leads automation projects to increase operational efficiency and reliability, while optimizing cost structures by shifting from fixed to variable costs where possible.
- Provides oversight into establishing new processes to meet changing business needs, collaborating with local and sub-regional units and subject-matter experts, from business and other areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, etc. All with an emphasis on comprehensive process optimization and application of industry best practices.
- Guarantee Governance and Compliance by establishing streamlined monitoring practices and working closely with GMs and Regional Managers.
- Serve as the project management platform/methodology champion for Sales, Marketing, and Education areas
- Consistently report on project/initiatives status under scope, enhance delivery by sharing lessons learned, and assist with preparations for decision-making meetings like steering committees.
- Lead and coordinate the establishment of services for the business together with GBS+(SSC). Responsibilities include evaluation, scope and process definition, implementation, and ongoing oversight of service delivery as the service owner.
- Business acumen, Sales, Marketing,Finance Market & customer orientation.
- Strong process knowledge
- 5 years in Proccess & Project coordination 2+ years international work experience
- Similar complexity projects delivery
- Experience in Process Modelling
