      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for fleet management solutions and related services
      - Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and enter new markets
      - Lead complex sales cycles using consultative and Challenger-based approaches
      - Partner with fleet customers to understand their operational needs and business objectives
      - Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools and provide reliable sales forecasting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in a related field, or a master's degree with up to 2 years of related experience, or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year, or 8+ years of relevant industry experience
      - Valid driver's license and a strong driving record
      - Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) across multimarket and multistate territories
      - Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken
      - Experience in trucking or fleet management sales
      - Proven success in prospecting and developing new business
      - Working knowledge of effective sales and marketing techniques
