What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the strategic direction and coverage of the regional sales map
- Assess customer needs and issues to maintain and grow the existing install base
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer footprint and approach academic accounts
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers to evaluate satisfaction and identify improvement areas
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of customer-facing experience in medical equipment sales
- Proven track record of selling to clinical and C-suite levels
- Strong knowledge of oncology, radiotherapy, and related medical practices
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and communicate complex technology effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the Accuray product portfolio
- Experience in executing sales strategies in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Strong administrative skills for opportunity management and forecasting within CRM systems
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
