What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize performance

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales management in the Agriculture Industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
