      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote, sell, and secure new business by understanding products and customer needs
      - Develop and maintain relationships with established accounts and new opportunities, including dealers and distributors
      - Manage the success of the sales region to maximize profitable sales growth
      - Educate dealer/distributor personnel on products and effective sales techniques
      - Monitor competition and gather marketplace information to inform sales strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
      - Minimum of 5 years in outside sales or a related position
      - Effective writing and communication skills
      - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and well-developed people skills
      - Demonstrated success in sales management and strategic sales planning

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - High personal integrity in work and social interactions
      - Effective knowledge of computer use from remote locations
      - Experience in developing resourceful sales plans and executing them effectively
      - Ability to resolve customer issues through problem investigation and solution development
