What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic professional nursing services to patients, consumers, and healthcare professionals
- Make outbound calls to patients enrolled in support programs and receive incoming calls for inquiries
- Offer appropriate resources and referrals to patients and healthcare professionals
- Collect and document accurate data from patient interactions and follow-ups
- Participate in customer meetings and training sessions related to specific programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree and a professional nursing license
- Registered Nurse License in good standing in the state of employment
- 2-5 years of experience in a nursing role
- Ability to maintain high levels of customer service while managing phone interactions
- Basic database and office navigation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in telephonic nursing roles
- Willingness to obtain Compact State licenses in eligible states
- Additional Single State Licenses if requested
- Strong multitasking abilities in PC and phone-related tasks
- Familiarity with patient education regarding product usage
