      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct reviews of protocol submissions and communicate with researchers regarding conflicts of interest (COI)
      - Assist the Director in supporting the COI Committee, including drafting management plans and reports
      - Monitor changes in regulations affecting compliance in scholarly activities and recommend necessary policy updates
      - Develop and present educational programs for individuals conducting research at the university
      - Maintain compliance-related databases and prepare standard operating protocols for scholarly activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in regulatory analysis
      - Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
      - Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office
      - Familiarity with research ethics and methodologies, including independent literature research

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous regulatory analysis experience is preferred
      - Experience in developing educational programs related to research compliance
      - Knowledge of federal regulations and university policies governing research activities
