      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide short-term case management and care coordination for crisis clients, ensuring successful transitions to community services
      - Conduct ongoing risk assessments and engage clients in mental health and substance abuse services to prevent crisis recurrence
      - Deliver crisis assessment and intervention services for both adults and children in the community
      - Collaborate with law enforcement and local agencies to assist with jail diversion initiatives for individuals with mental health issues
      - Respond to crisis situations at various Center locations and assist with hotline referrals as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a Behavioral Science field
      - Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations
      - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish cooperative relationships with individuals in crisis
      - Proficiency with computer skills, programs, and email
      - Must possess a current Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree or equivalent in behavioral sciences or specialized LPHA certification
      - License as an LPC associate, LMSW, or LMFT associate
      - Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles
      - Experience working with mental health disorders
