What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and resolve trigger requests from autonomous vehicles in a timely manner
- Safely send remote commands for vehicle operations during testing
- Log real-time feedback on autonomy and platform performance for engineering teams
- Review and triage remote assist workflows critical to performance metrics
- Act as an ambassador for the employer while interacting with the public
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 5 years of driving history and a clean record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Consistent focus on safety and critical thinking skills
- Availability to work day or night shifts, including overtime and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in operations, technology, customer service, or the automotive field
- Proficient in G-Suite and command line interface
- Interest in technology tools, apps, and creative software
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
