What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations for clients
- Create and manage individualized behavior intervention plans
- Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor client progress
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to enhance client care
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation of client interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Tennessee LBA license is required
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
