What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Direct customers to the appropriate team for issues outside the collections role
- Maintain compliance with standards and goals while managing special projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in first-party collections
- Inbound/outbound call center experience
- Customer service experience in a remote setting
- Proficient in multi-screen navigation and basic computer functions

- Strong typing, math, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask across multiple computer programs
