      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide client support via chat and email, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
      - Communicate proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email
      - Assist clients with account inquiries, service questions, programs/promotions, and technical issues
      - Transition between communication channels as needed to enhance customer experience
      - Foster relationships with clients, colleagues, and non-profit partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
      - Exceptional phone, chat, and email communication skills
      - Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to client issues
      - Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
      - Experience in a customer service role preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a remote customer service position
      - Familiarity with technical support processes and tools
      - Ability to engage with clients in a proactive manner
      - Experience working with diverse client groups
      - Knowledge of service programs and promotions
