What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage load building, dispatch, tracking, and tracing of freight, along with reporting results
- Analyze logistical data trends to identify cost savings and optimization opportunities
- Explore new transportation methods for materials from suppliers to customers
- Build strong relationships with carriers, plants, and internal customers to enhance service quality
- Provide backup support to plant logistics load coordinators as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of transportation service or transportation management experience
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or client management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong Excel data analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
