What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with multiple groups to manage expectations and optimize marketing programs
- Utilize Marketo and Salesforce for lead management, routing, and lifecycle management
- Analyze program requirements and provide data-driven solutions to support business goals
- Maintain data quality, health, and key performance metrics while visualizing findings for stakeholders
- Manage lead quality, scoring, and routing processes in Marketo
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience with Marketo and 2-3 years with Salesforce
- Proven program and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Hands-on experience with dashboard creation and reporting
- Self-motivated with a passion for marketing automation and continuous learning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in lead nurturing and lead scoring
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to create visually compelling presentations for executive reviews
