      Daily Tasks:
      • Monitor Patient Scans: Review incoming scans for accuracy and completeness.
      • Communicate with Offices and Patients: Respond to messages and inquiries from orthodontic offices and patients.
      • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Resolve any problems with the dashboard or scanning process.
      • Provide Patient Support: Assist patients with questions about the remote monitoring process and scanning procedures.
      • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure patient information is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
      • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other Monitoring Specialists to ensure smooth operations.
      • Follow Protocols: Adhere to established procedures and compliance standards.
      • Improve Processes: Suggest and implement workflow improvements for better efficiency.
      • Provide Feedback: Share insights with leadership on system usability and patient experiences.

      The following shifts are available for assignment:
      • Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 2:00pm CST
      • Monday to Wednesday or Saturday to Sunday, 5:00am - 2:00pm CST
      • Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm CST
      • Monday to Wednesday or Saturday to Sunday, 10:00am - 7:00pm CST
      • Monday to Friday, 8:00pm - 5:00am CST
      • Monday to Wednesday or Saturday to Sunday, 8:00pm - 5:00am CST
      • Monday to Friday, 7:00pm - 4:00am CST
      • Monday to Wednesday or Saturday to Sunday, 7:00pm - 4:00am CST

      Skill Set
      • This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only. • Strong attention to detail • Ability to execute work with high quality and accuracy • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal • Adaptability and able to handle changing situations • Team player with a customer-focused mindset • Effective time management skills • Ability to multitask efficiently • Experience working remotely • Previous experience in a customer service or support role
