What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to analyze data and develop weekly action plans to meet departmental goals
- Provide leadership support in regions as needed, stepping in during manager absences or high workloads
- Direct, provide feedback, and ensure accountability among team members to meet customer satisfaction goals
- Lead escalations during on-call shifts, addressing concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members while contributing to strategic initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership or management role
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with online platforms, data tracking, and tools for remote teams
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and reside in specified states
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of pupil transportation industry processes and regulations
- High-level routing and dispatching experience
- Experience in customer service or account management
- 2+ years of full-time remote work experience
