What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor live autonomous truck activity and respond to system alerts and triggers
- Send remote commands to autonomous vehicles during testing phases
- Provide real-time feedback on vehicle performance to engineering teams
- Identify and escalate operational blockers while proposing solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operations and safety
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to maintain focus on multiple live data feeds and operational tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Valid U.S. driver's license with 5+ years of clean driving history
- Availability for day or night shifts, including regular overtime and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in operations, tech, logistics, or high-tempo environments
- Familiarity with G-Suite applications
- Command-line experience is a bonus
- Interest in technology tools, including gaming and creative software
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate under pressure
