What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
- Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer orders accurately and promptly
- Review and verify orders, making necessary corrections and contacting customers for clarification
- Manage orders throughout the entire order cycle, ensuring compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
- Computer proficiency, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
- Must reside in the Colorado Springs area
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer interaction experience is preferred
- Associate's Degree in a relevant field
