      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote technical support to customers through various communication channels, ensuring prompt resolution of issues
      - Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software technical problems using a logical approach
      - Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve product issues when necessary
      - Create and update knowledge base articles to enhance internal and external resources
      - Conduct on-site service, installations, and event support at customer locations approximately 20% of the time

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent experience in Audio Visual/Broadcast systems; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills in various settings
      - Ability to work effectively under stress with a positive attitude
      - Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets
      - Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and work at heights or from a ladder

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with technical support or field service roles in the audio-visual industry
      - Multi-lingual abilities are a plus
      - Experience with Daktronics internal programs or similar software
