      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment within a Fortune 250 company
      - Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively promoting a range of TV, internet, and wireless products and services
      - Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring every interaction is handled with honesty and integrity
      - Provide excellent customer service to enhance overall customer experience
      - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
      - High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
      - Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality
      - Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
      - Must have a home workspace with reliable internet connection and necessary equipment
