Job Description
• Research Philadelphia properties for a senior family member (under $500/month all-in)
• Find housing programs and grants for seniors
• Research Jacksonville, FL multifamily properties
• Source contractors (drywall, cabinets, general labor)
• Organize findings in clean spreadsheets
• Flag concerns and provide honest assessments, not just raw data
Skill Set
• Open to Filipinos only based in the Philippines • At least 2 years of experience relevant to the role • Strong internet research skills • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to organize and present data clearly • Honest assessment and critical thinking (flagging concerns, not just reporting data) • Reliable and self-motivated for independent work • Good written English for professional communication • Comfortable with asynchronous work and following structured deadlinesAbout the company
