What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the recruitment of approximately 80 patients and caregivers for a research study
- Screen and obtain consent from candidates and their family caregivers for study participation
- Attend clinic visits to facilitate the use of BrainCheck software and assist with data collection
- Monitor enrolled subjects during the study through electronic medical record (EMR) reviews
- Coordinate with the BrainCheck team and UNMC staff to troubleshoot and optimize study workflow
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Relevant coursework or specialized training in a related field
- College student or college graduate status
- No prior experience required
- Familiarity with internet browsers and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and caregivers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Any additional coursework or training related to healthcare or research is a plus
