What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with incoming and outgoing calls from customers
- Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management
- Direct incoming customers' equipment based on demand and productivity
- Review reports for effective equipment placement and customer reservation management
- Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones and email
- Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with reservation management systems or similar software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
