      We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Supervisor to oversee operations across our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) residential houses and teams. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who is passionate about coordinating high-quality, recovery-focused care for individuals with mental health needs living in community residential settings.

      What You'll Do:

      As a Residential Supervisor, you will oversee all residential houses and teams, supervise Residential Coordinators, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in accordance with DMH licensing and organizational standards.

      Responsibilities include:

      • Supervise Residential Coordinators and oversee the overall operation of integrated residential teams
      • Work closely with psychiatric staff, nursing personnel, peer support staff, and community-based services to coordinate care
      • Provide ongoing coordination and monitoring of individualized action plans and goals
      • Oversee all aspects of medication treatment and administration including MAP documentation and corrective actions
      • Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed, including serving on the area on-call team
      • Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes
      • Oversee staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for individual and program needs
      • Ensure compliance with DMH licensing, certification requirements, and organizational quality standards
      • Facilitate and participate in Human Rights Committee annual reviews
      • Ensure accurate timecard management and compliance with financial policies
      • Review electronic health records prepared by supervisees and reports in a thorough and timely manner
      • Coordinate discharge and transitional planning with outside providers

      What You'll Need:

      • Associate's Degree in a Human Services field from an accredited university and one year of experience working with the target population required
      • Supervisory experience required
      • Commitment to empowerment, human rights, community integration, and recovery-oriented principles
      • Familiarity with evidence-based practices used in ACCS and trauma-informed treatment
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
      • Basic familiarity with internet, word processing, and email systems
