What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
- Conduct product sales discussions with healthcare providers to meet customer needs
- Monitor business performance and utilize company tools for effective planning and sales impact
- Maintain accurate records of healthcare provider interactions in CRM software
- Demonstrate expertise in Patient Access Programs and Specialty Distribution Models
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience
- Experience in specialty pharmacy, distribution channels, and/or HUBs
- Ability to travel up to 75%; must reside in the assigned territory
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in pulmonology or with specialty healthcare providers in any therapeutic area
- Success with multiple product launches
- Demonstrated ability to navigate a flexible and agile work environment
