What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including performing cleaning tasks
- Handle customer service inquiries and issues promptly and courteously
- Expedite merchandise to the sales floor and ensure adherence to presentation guidelines
- Follow all cash handling and loss prevention procedures accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members in a respectful manner
- Basic mathematical skills for transactions and inventory management
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods
- Capacity to lift and carry items weighing more than 25 pounds
- Familiarity with store equipment, including registers and other necessary tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Familiarity with loss prevention practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
