- Research & Insight Development
- Support research efforts to evaluate industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity
- Assist in synthesizing internal performance data to uncover actionable insights
- Quantitative Analysis
- Perform market research, gather and synthesize data, and build & execute analyses to inform business decisions
- Help develop data-backed recommendations for operational improvements and strategic initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with teams across strategy, finance, operations, and vendor management
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with a solution-oriented mindset
- Operational & Financial Support
- Review and analyze vendor quotes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with agreement
- Assist in building and maintaining financial models and weekly & monthly reporting
- Core Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated creativity, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations
- Strong Excel & Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong written & oral communication skills and comfort presenting insights to stakeholders
- Experience in retail media, digital signage, or advertising technology
- Familiarity with capital planning or vendor management
- Passion for driving operational efficiency and scalable solutions

Main responsibilities:
As an Analyst supporting our in-store business, you’ll play a hands-on role in evaluating quotes, conducting industry research, and supporting monthly reporting and ad hoc analyses. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a passion for operational excellence to grow within a dynamic, cross-functional team. The position is in office 4 days per week and will be based in Boise, Idaho or Pleasanton CA.

The salary range is $62,700 to $81,540 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
Benefits may include, medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility).
