      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build management tools and reports for customer-specific insights and performance breakdowns
      - Develop process improvement tools to enhance efficiency across the sales organization
      - Conduct research on retail priorities and selling objectives to optimize effectiveness at the point of sale
      - Analyze data to deliver actionable insights and collaborate effectively with sales and retail execution teams
      - Lead data analysis and storytelling for internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics with proficiency in SQL
      - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
      - Proven ability to automate data processes and create visualizations in Power BI
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently across cross-functional teams
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Beginner experience with Power BI, SQL/Snowflake, APT, Circana, and Scintilla
      - Demonstrated experience in combining data sets for comprehensive reporting
