What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service to foster brand loyalty and enhance the customer experience
- Promote loyalty programs and engage customers through suggestive selling techniques
- Support various areas of the store, including sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work center
- Handle customer interactions and resolve issues or returns professionally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional service on the sales floor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
