      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead store team members in delivering exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers
      - Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure execution of customer service programs
      - Manage the processing of buy online/ship to store and special orders efficiently
      - Oversee retail customer returns and exchanges, ensuring accurate refunds and merchandise processing
      - Perform store opening and closing duties, including cash handling and security procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong communication skills
      - Ability to obtain RSS Certification
      - Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
      - Knowledge of automotive systems and repair
      - Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish being highly desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ASE Certification
      - Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment
