- Hire and train staff or arrange for their training
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and organize workflow
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Perform cashiering duties and manage cash transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to handle heavy loads and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and dependable with efficient interpersonal skills

- Experience in merchandising or visual displays
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands
