      Revenue Cycle Analyst

      Location: Denver, Colorado 80202

      Work Arrangement: Remote

      Employment Type: Contract Position

      Pay: $42.00-$47.00/hour

      Join All Points North as a Contract Revenue Cycle Analyst. You will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensure financial accuracy, and drive KPI achievement across multiple locations.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Operations: Manage daily billing, collections, and deposit reconciliations.


      • Performance: Assist in overseeing team KPIs and ensure goals are met across all billing functions.


      • Reporting: Deliver executive-level reports on cash flow, A/R aging, and denials.


      • Accuracy: Ensure precise claims submission and data entry in NetSuite.


      • Compliance: Monitor audits, write-offs, and adjustments; serve as a liaison between clinical and finance departments.


      • Leadership: Assist in overseeing utilization review and specialized revenue cycle teams.


      Required Qualifications

      • Experience: 10+ years in insurance billing/RCM; 5+ years in team management.


      • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.


      • Technical Skills: Expert in Excel and RCM software (NetSuite, Salesforce, Kipu, etc.).


      • Healthcare RCM, preference for multi-facility environments.


      • Strong background in financial analysis and reporting.


      • High-integrity leaders who are proactive problem-solvers.


      • Detail-oriented professionals who can adapt to changing priorities.
