      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct in-depth audits and analyze complex billing issues to ensure accurate charge capture and reimbursement
      - Prepare Excel analyses, including V-Lookups and pivot tables, while validating data accuracy
      - Evaluate and implement charge requests with appropriate coding and pricing in alignment with guidelines
      - Monitor regulatory changes and payer updates that may affect revenue integrity
      - Collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies in charge description master and revenue integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Expertise in charge description master, CPT/HCPCS, NCCI, MUE, pricing, and payer contracts
      - Strong skills in V-Lookups and pivot tables
      - Experience in conducting charge capture audits and identifying discrepancies
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Certification: CPC or COC + ROCC or relevant experience in RAD ONC

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to analyze data and summarize findings effectively
      - Experience working with various departments, including Utilization Management, Clinical Documentation Integrity, and Revenue Cycle Management
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop action plans for discrepancies
      - Familiarity with executive stakeholder management, particularly with CFOs, CCOs, and CMOs
