      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate an agile development team, ensuring adherence to the principles of the Scrum Framework
      - Lead teams through timeboxed iterations (sprints) and track progress through daily stand-up meetings
      - Make decisions regarding work methods in ambiguous situations with minimal direction
      - Understand and align with the department, segment, and organizational strategies and objectives
      - Follow established guidelines and procedures while adapting to project needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
      - 5+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum environment, with familiarity in Agile methodologies
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Scrum Master certification
      - Previous experience in the health solutions industry and working with IT teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior insurance operations background
      - Technical documentation abilities
      - Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologies
      - Experience planning and managing large projects
      - Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
