      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate proposal responses, including pricing, proposal generation, and quality control
      - Assist in onboarding new plans by completing business paperwork for seamless transitions
      - Collaborate on marketing and travel email campaigns to enhance channel partner engagement
      - Draft and review RFP responses to highlight the company's value proposition
      - Maintain CRM database and competitor pricing information for informed marketing strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - 0-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in retirement plans or investment brokerage
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation and customer service skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive feedback

      - Some experience with securities or retirement plans sales
