What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive financial results in-store to meet and exceed sales plans and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead exceptional customer service initiatives to enhance brand awareness and client engagement
- Develop and maintain a positive team culture through effective training and communication
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the counter is customer-ready and well-stocked
- Build strong relationships with retail partners to maximize sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty industry
- At least 2 years of beauty retail management experience
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to influence others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
