What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage broker distribution and partnerships to enhance sales
- Interpret and qualify Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for potential clients
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track leads and sales activities effectively
- Present wellness solutions using virtual formats and PowerPoint presentations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in wellness or related fields
- College degree preferred
- Strong passion for health and wellness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in insurance brokerage specifically related to employee benefits
- Familiarity with data management tools such as Microsoft Access and FTP uploads
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and virtual presentation tools like GoTo Meeting and Zoom
